GALAXY CABLE, INC., AND DFS EXTEND NETWORK MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

YORK, NEBRASKA - Galaxy Cable, Inc., and Dark Fiber Solutions, Inc., are pleased to announce the signing of a three-year extension to their existing Broadband Network Management and Development Agreement originally executed by both parties in October, 2000.

The DFS/Galaxy relationship has not only been a mutually beneficial relationship, but has also benefited many of the residents throughout Southeastern and Central Nebraska. The DFS/Galaxy relationship has provided the ground work for these companies to join forces and provide fiber optic based services to health care facilities, educational institutions, governmental departments and many commercial insitutions throughout these markets. 

"The extension of this Agreement will allows DFS and Galaxy to continue to develop our networks and provide previously unavailable high bandwidth/highly reliable network services in these markets for years to come and will also continue to keep DFS and Galaxy at the forefront of Telecommunications Providers across the State," stated Mr. Scott Neff, Vice President of Network Development for Dark Fiber Solutions.
